When I arrived, Sonny was quick to show me his shirt.
I’m not sure if he was covering it up, or if he was just cold.
Puna watches as everyone files downstairs for the show.
I was only able to get Skip going down.
Remember this?
There were more people there in attendance than the first two shows….
So the band took the stage and began to play.
T made the trip this time, too.
As always, Skrow was running the sound.
Sonny Martin, drum kit.
Skip Maisel, rhythm guitar & vocals.
The crowd was getting thicker as the night went on….
And that’s always good for the band.
Jason Shegogue, lead guitar.
I love the way Sonny’s set catches the light.
T Lutz, percussion.
Check out the Elvis lip curl.
I wonder if they could tell the song by the chords they’re using?
For those of you with a foot fetish.
Me, with my favorite band.
Sonny still pounding away.
Lots of room on this stage for them to move around.
Skrow took a break from sound to run the lights.
Cool effect by using the zoom while the shutter is open.
John Sybert, bass & vocals.
At the set break Skrow entertained the crowd….
While everyone else relaxed.
Skip put it there…..
And he doesn’t realize it!!!!
Kinda like last time.
Hey Sonny you got a booger on your face….
Thanks Skip, but I’ll get it.
Later that night it was G-13 at The Eight by Ten Click Here for those pictures. A nice band shot before heading down again.
I missed everyone coming down, but did manage to get John.
T, master of the washboard.
Not much going on outside….
And here is what was going on that week.
The set list.
The eight by ten is across from Baltimore’s famous Cross Street Market.
There were plenty of women on hand….
Although some were already taken.
Bubba, still dancin’…..
And trying to dance his way to a good time.
Jason was unfazed by all this, and just kept on playing.
The music creates a relaxed and mellow atmosphere….
And everyone was very friendly.
Well, that’s all the music for now….
It was time to pack up…..again.
One last shot of John making an addition to the door.
