Kelli and I arrived at Rams Head shortly before the show was supposed to start.
G-13, the only show I’ll be seeing (I wish I could make the Niki Barr show).
Skip calling for help in getting his rig setup….
Meanwhile, Kelli, John, and I just drank some beer.
Another event list showing G-13 playing that night.
As always, Scarecrow was there to run the sound.
Sonny was checking out the pictures I brought along to give to the band….
And then plots to keep them all to himself.
Worried that his devious plan was being discovered, he jumped behind T’s setup and pretended to play….
Of course, this didn’t work and he was forced to share the pictures.
Skrow wasn’t letting any of this nonsense get to him, and he just continued with getting the sound setup.
With sound check done, it was time to catch the groove of G-13 .
It’s pretty tight in the bar, so it’s tough to get good shots….
And I almost missed this one on the in house TV.
The guys found a nice groove….
And played the songs we all love to hear.
I like this one of Skip and his shadow….
And this one of Sonny and his.
Skrow continued to run the sound while John sang us a tune….
Jason just looked over to Skip and John and followed the lead.
Kelli seems to be eyeing up John a little too much.
Skrow makes a few adjustments….
As more people arrived, filling the room and changing the acoustics.
Notice the “merch” hanging behind the band? I want that hoodie.
Easily distracted by the Sirens.
Jennifer hung out with Kelli and talked for a while.
Jason’s fast fingers are hard to catch, but I managed this one.
T doesn’t look too happy….
Maybe it’s because Roth has his arm around Kelli.
In between songs, John gave me his intelligent look.
The G-13 regulars.
They were singing a few new songs….
But I don’t remember which ones as there was no setlist.

Over the course of the evening Kelli has many gentlemen callers.
Sonny’s stunt double was in the audience.
The crowd was pretty thick….
And Brian was in the back shooting pool.
Taking all these pictures makes a man thirsty!!!!
John’s cousins came down for the show.
Not sure what to say, I just like this one of Skrow.
Little John came out and got himself a front row seat.
John’s cousin….nice sticker placement.
Taking a shot of T’s stuff, and he jumped in with a little “hang loose” action.
Just close your eyes and you can picture it (I think “it” was a new beer).
During the set break, we all headed outside for some fresh air.

The set break was over, and it was time to go back in.
It’s a radio station that only plays G-13 music.

After 20 minutes, the crowd was ready for some more music….
So Scarecrow got the guys moving….
And the guys started playing while the eager fans looked on.

Yes Skip, I laugh at that shirt everytime, too.
They brought their own light show along, which always makes for fun pictures….
As you never know what colors you’re going to get.
Jason sports a little green light….
That quickly changes into reds and oranges.
Skip broke a string….
And had to make a quick change…
But he was back in the action soon….
With a few minor adjustments.
This picture hardly looks like Skip.
The cancer dispenser still sports it’s badge of honor.
Where else would you go for homecoming but to see G-13 play?
And play they did.

Among his many instruments, T is very proficient in the fire bell.
Remember that hoodie…I just had to have it.
The night was starting to wind down….
And I took the time to grab this cool shot looking up the neck of John’s bass.
Before the crowd thinned out too much, I walked around and found this group in a corner.
They were having a little fun with this pack of smokes.
When the paper was lit, it created a smoke waterfall.
Thanks guys, I’d never seen that before.

Well, that’s about it…
And there’s the last note….
So with Jason packing up….
And these two doing something or other….
I lent a hand getting things moved out….
Although I didn’t even try to fool with this mess.
With that, came the end of the night. OK guys time to go your seperate ways for now!!!
